At Global Trade Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with our platform. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are granted for subscription payments and other charges. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Platform for any reason within the first 14 days of your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to your first subscription and does not apply to renewals or plan upgrades.
After the 14-day money-back period, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain access to the Platform until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.
For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day money-back period, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the remaining full months of your subscription, minus a 10% administrative fee. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
Flight bookings made through the Platform are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective airline or carrier. The following general rules apply:

Our Platform service fee for flight bookings is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. Travel insurance purchased through the Platform is subject to the insurance provider's own refund terms.
Cargo booking cancellations are subject to the freight carrier's cancellation policy. Generally, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund of freight charges. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the booking value. Our Platform service fee for cargo bookings is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
If the Platform experiences significant downtime or technical issues that materially impact your ability to use the service (more than 24 consecutive hours), you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit on your next billing cycle. This credit is at our sole discretion and does not apply to scheduled maintenance windows communicated in advance.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (South Africa) or any other applicable consumer protection legislation. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may contact the National Consumer Commission at www.thencc.gov.za.
